LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Homestore is not responsible if an incorrect address is provided at checkout. Please ensure that both your billing and shipping addresses are correct before completing your order. If we have made a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order at no cost to you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the goods have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is 8–12 business days.

This does not include our processing time of 1–3 days.

All delivery times are excluding customs/clearance delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped, but sometimes tracking is not available due to free shipping.

MY TRACKING SHOWS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE FOR CURRENT TIME".

For some shipping companies, it takes 1–3 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
