Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you have received your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – that is, unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs to the warehouse, unless the product is damaged or differs from the description.
To initiate a return, you can contact us via the "Contact" tab. If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If it is approved, you will automatically receive your money back via the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
